If a vet checked over pidgeons, would Cryptococcal fungi (carried by pidgons, harmful to people) be flagged up?

Pidgeons can be carriers of this, and this can cause illness in humans. If a vet were to inspect pidgeons, would this be flagged up by the vet or not?If a vet checked over pidgeons, would Cryptococcal fungi (carried by pidgons, harmful to people) be flagged up?
Only if the vet came in contact with the pigeon's fecal matter. A general exam isn't likely to spread the disease.
